Operational Efficiency

Organisations today are seeking operational efficiencies to stay competitive, but can lack the resources and infrastructure to realise their goals. They require a partner to identify opportunities and leverage assets.

AsS helps to control energy consumption and optimises building systems to ensure your building runs efficiently. Additionally, we offer access to cutting-edge building technologies, data and solutions, crucial for companies seeking to streamline processes and reduce costs.

When considering the time and effort invested in energy management for facilities, outsourcing this responsibility to a third party makes sense. By working with building performance experts, you can free up your team to focus on core initiatives, ensure regular building maintenance and maximise asset utilisation.

Cash Flow

As the need for sustainable initiatives increases, more and more organisations are taking steps to reduce their carbon footprint. But for many, this proves difficult due to a lack of funding and sustainable framework in place. Fortunately, it is becoming easier for businesses to access financial support for sustainable projects.

Johnson Controls AaS can help you save money on many fronts, while also providing you with more flexibility than traditional ownership would. By offloading the implementation, operation and connectivity of critical business assets to experts who deliver them on your behalf, your company can reduce capital expenditure, improve cash flow and gain access to a range of tailored options to suit your individual needs.

Sustainable Growth and Energy Efficiency

Buildings account for 40% of global emissions, a key obstacle to reaching net zero. Many organisations prioritise environmental sustainability alongside financial stability, social responsibility, infrastructure and employee well-being.

Whatever your sustainability focus, a greener future makes economic sense. Johnson Controls AaS enables easy implementation of low-carbon energy strategies and continuous improvement of operations to deliver measurable results and cost reductions.

Climate action is crucial for business success and securing a sustainable future. With just seven years to achieve the Paris Agreement’s goals, fast action is essential. Building could reach net zero by 2040 with the right technologies.

Johnson Controls offers financing and partnership opportunities through AaS to support organisations and make journey to net zero by 2025 or 2030 a little less overwhelming.

What AaS options are there?

We offer multiple options for our customers: from software subscriptions to risk transfer, across in-house products to third-party devices. By combining installation, service and connectivity into one subscription package, our clients can be confident they understand the level of service and benefits Johnson Controls provides.

Our AaS model is designed to be flexible and scalable, so it can accommodate the needs of your organisation no matter how big or small. You will receive quarterly reviews not just for the service you need, but also to help you make smart capital investment decisions that will save you money, time and energy in the long run.

There are two monthly subscription options:

1. Purchase: A monthly subscription that allows you to own the equipment at the end of the term.

2. Rental: With a monthly rental subscription, you have the option to renew the agreement at the end of the term, purchase the equipment outright or return it. A great opportunity to upgrade the equipment and start again.

Equipment & Installation + Service + Connectivity = One Monthly Cost

By providing you with top-tier technology and solutions across fire detection and suppression, HVAC, building controls and security through to our OpenBlue digital and sustainability offerings, we ensure you can create high-performance buildings with confidence – all at an accessible and affordable price.

We offer comprehensive, tailored service offerings that provide you with peace of mind knowing that your equipment will always remain fully operational and well-maintained, with the added benefit of cost-effective monthly subscription plans.

We can ensure seamless and reliable connectivity, enabling customers to not only monitor, but also accurately assess and improve performance.
