Our Johnson Controls EMEA Partner Program offers a clear, merit-based structure with four progressive levels: an open Explore level and three committed partnership levels Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level is designed to recognise your performance, commitment and expertise. The levels are revalidated each year and unlock increasing benefits as your business grows across our portfolio.

Explore – Start your journey

Silver is the first real partnership level. Silver is attained when partners meet initial revenue, training, and performance thresholds within their region using authorised product as detailed in a simplified Partner Agreement. Gold Partners demonstrate increased commitment through joint business plans and revenue commitments. In return the partner receives enhanced support and benefits, including new financial incentives, marketing support, and strategic alignment.
