Integrated Standard Automation Concept for improved energy efficiency

ISAC (Integrated Standard Automation Concept) is an expert tool to supervise and control small and large industrial refrigeration plants. ISAC optimizes energy usage, reduces operating costs and provides early warning and easy maintenance.

ISAC provides standard application modules that power hardware based on PLC systems. The solution is based on factory pre-validated application blocks that leverage the capacity and capabilities of a wide range of equipment, both new and old, and regardless of supplier.

The system grows easily with your plant and its needs.

Integrated Standard Automation Concept for improved energy efficiency

It is applicable to monitor compressors or to manage a complete plant, including the management of energy efficiency.

Integrated monitoring and control allow operators to optimize every aspect of the refrigeration operations, making the best use of staff skills, running costs and energy consumption, while at the same time boosting efficiency and safety.

Web-based technologies and alarm sender options allow operators to keep in touch with the plant, even from home.

ISAC Features:

  • Easy overview and navigation with brilliant full colour 6” or full VGA 10” touch screen panels.
  • ISAC Remote with SMS and e-mail option to provide early warning and prevent production losses even when nobody is present, and WEB Option to provide control from everywhere in the plant or even from remote.
  • ISAC Energy to realize further energy saving with the Condenser optimizer and to avoid unexpected energy peaks. A power meter option provides valuable information of energy consumption of entire installations and informs real time about unexpected energy peaks.
  • The ISAC 10” Trend feature and Event log guarantees an improved reliability and reduced risk. The Trend feature monitors changes in the value of the most important points on the controlled processes of the plant. The result of the monitoring can be viewed locally through the ISAC Touch 10”. A daily report sent to the Quality Manager can be archived as evidence of the operation.
