Example of one of discussions: Shrinking social distance in mobile working
According to Microsoft “the perception of the corporate as a stand alone entity is as out of date as prohibition and sneak oil”… are our workplaces fragmenting into eco systems of partnerships and alliances? If so, this has implications for workplace relations. We need to step outside of our silos and shrink the social distance between ourselves and those we have to communicate and integrate with.
The roundtable discussion aims to engage you to share your experience:
- Are you being challenge in your identity?
- Are you being forced to adapt your own culture and perspective?
- How do you shrink social distance amongst “tribes” of mobile workers?
- What role can technology play?
Learning:
