Our experience in instrument panel design, engineering, and manufacturing is extensive and global. As a result, we are better able to understand and meet customer requirements. We continue to build on this experience by developing and offering a wide choice of instrument panel design options. They include proprietary solutions which focus on craftsmanship and performance. Our customers also benefit from our experience in executing our two core solutions of passenger airbag doors, including discrete, integrated and hidden.

Our broad product portfolio includes surface solutions from entry level to luxury sector, and ranging from hard injection molded surfaces to full-soft, high-class leather surfaces. We develop enhanced instrument panel surfaces through technologies such as In-Mold Graining and two-color PVC powdercast skins. We have created a broad portfolio of substrate technologies that include injection molding, renewable natural fibers, and high-strength solutions using long glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene. In addition, our mold-behind expertise has led to proprietary joining processes. Our CrafTec family includes MCI (Multi-Color Injection molding), PMB (Partial Mold Behind) and P-FiP (Partial Foam-in-Place) solutions – each of which yields high craftsmanship and value.

As a leader in Just-In-Time (JIT) and In-Vehicle Sequence (IVS) methods, we also supply customers with fully assembled-and-tested cockpit modules. Our innovative assembly and delivery systems are customized to meet the unique vehicle assembly requirements of our customers.
