The HomeLink garage door opener is offered as an optional (interior) fitting for the 911 Carrera, Boxster and Cayman.

In the 911 Carrera, Boxster and Cayman the Homelink control panel with the three buttons and diode A (status display) is contained in the roof, directly behind the interior light.

The HomeLink system transmitter unit is located immediately in front of the interior light switch (under the cover). The remote control must be positioned at this point to program the system.
