Johnson Controls offers an Automatic Dividend Reinvestment and Common Stock Purchase Plan. The plan is open to both current shareholders and nonshareholders.The plan allows you to:
- buy stock paying nominal fees and commissions
- conveniently reinvest dividends to acquire additional shares
- open an account with a minimum initial investment of US$250 or by authorizing monthly deductions of US$50 from a designated bank account
- purchase up to US$15,000 in Johnson Controls common stock per calendar quarter
