As a Customer Business Manager you will have management of and full P&L responsibility for the delivery of Service provision for a range of hard and soft services at a multi-site operation.

You will manage the overall delivery of FM services to the client including overall financial accountability for a client account and leading a team to deliver a seamless service, which is on time, to budget and to agreed quality/service levels.
