You will manage the overall delivery of FM services to the client including overall financial accountability for a client account and leading a team to deliver a seamless service, which is on time, to budget and to agreed quality/service levels.

This position will be responsible for revenue growth and profitability of the account portfolio within a defined customer, providing leadership to the account to drive service, value and quality.

As a Commercial Director/Manager you will have responsibility for all commercial and financial accounting matters including overall responsibility for the permanent management delivery arising from the contract.

You will be tasked with the day to day operational running of our clients Data Centre Operations, maintaining commercial and operational compliance with JCI and our client expectations.
